Sessions can be conducted virtually or face to face. 

We believe that collaboration is key, as you are the ‘Subject Matter Expert’ in your life!

As the Lead Coach, I am a trained and certified Well-being, Life & Relationship coach.  My coaching skills are enhanced by over 25 years experience of working in Local Government and NHS. I also have personal experience of career shifting, as well as being a proud parent and wife!

I understand the challenges of juggling life to create a Work Life Balance that suits my desired lifestyle and I am passionate about helping those struggling to find their way.

I built 'Your Katapult' because I understood what it felt like to have a full life but also feel like your mind is FULL, you don't need more advice - you need space, tools and someone in your corner.
